Contacting us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Applications
By sending us your application, you consent to us processing your personal data. We process the following categories of personal data: CV, photo, contact details, cover letter, and attachments.
Your application, including all related documents, will be forwarded to our HR department and to your prospective department. In the event that we would consider you as a candidate for another position open in our company, your application will also be forwarded to the respective department.
If you agree that your application should be kept on file, your application and related documents will be stored for another 6 months after the end of the application process. All your data will then be deleted from our database automatically. This corresponds to the statutory period of § 15 of the Austrian Equal Treatment Act.
You can revoke your consent at any time. If you revoke your consent, we are no longer allowed to process your data from that point on and you thereby withdraw from the application process.

In principle, you have the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
