Cubicure's novel, customizable cleaning solution allows the industrial scale-up of the post-processing of 3D printed polymer parts. Several million high-precision components are thus additively manufactured and cleaned every year.
A new high-performance polymer with exceptional heat resistance is ideally suited for ultra-precise 2-photon polymerization (2PP) 3D printing.
Connection FR was specially developed for the industrial series production of connectors. The material is flame-resistant according to UL94 V-0, halogen-free and can be used for the additive production of high-precision electronic components.
With the new Connection photopolymers, connectors can be additively manufactured in industrial batch sizes. The product line was developed specifically for the electronics industry.
Each year, the world's leading authority on additive manufacturing TCT honors outstanding 3D printing innovations. Cubicure's Cerion® 3D printing system was Highly Commended in the polymer systems category by the Expert Advisory Board at the TCT Awards 2022.
With Cerion, 3D printing company Cubicure adds a 3D printing system for industrial series production to its portfolio.
DI Thaddäa Rath of TU Wien and Dr. Konstanze Seidler of Cubicure GmbH received a special award for their research on the ivory replacement Digory. The photopolymer is processed using a 3D printing system. It is used primarily for the sustainable restoration of antiques.
Austrian 3D printing company Cubicure supplements their machine portfolio with the Cerion production plant in a bid to completely cover the digital manufacturing process from prototyping to industrial series production. The large-scale machine provides industrial companies with an essential element needed to fully digitize their production chains. Cerion was developed by Cubicure over the past few years and is already in use with pilot customers.
Dr. Robert Gmeiner, Cubicure's CEO and CTO, was awarded as one of Austria's leading entrepreneurs on October 15, 2021.
