New photopolymer to rival ABS

3D printing company Cubicure GmbH is launching a new photopolymer with properties similar to the all-rounder polymer ABS. Evolution HI is printed via the Hot Lithography process. It is particularly suited for the production of snap-fits, fittings, and housing components.

The ALC award is among the most important business awards in Austria. The award is granted by Die Presse, KSV1870 and PwC Österreich. The participants’ business performance over the last three years represents the database for the award decision. Cubicure was granted place nine of all companies listed in Vienna – category: up to ten million Euro turnover/year.

CoViD-19 crisis leads to successful cooperation between Cubicure and FDX

The crisis has once again raised the demand for local and European-based production capabilities. Cubicure and FDX recognized this need and used the expertise of both companies to develop a flow sensor for ventilators in a very short time. FDX and Cubicure decided to make the components available to the public, free of charge for non-commercial use.

Horizon 2020 - Innovation cooperation between Cubicure and Hachtel

Cubicure and Hachtel started a successful cooperation in the field of spare part production and digitalization within the SME Horizon 2020 research and innovation program funded by the European Commission. The main content of this joint project is the rapid manufacturing of spare parts and small series via the Hot Lithography process from Cubicure.

First flame-retardant material for SLA

UL94 V0-classified materials offer flame retardancy without formation of burning drops. Evolution FR, the new photopolymer by Cubicure, meets these stringent requirements, thus making it worldwide the first SLA material of its kind. This new material for additive manufacturing enables applications in the mobility sector and electronics market.
